The UK are currently going crazy for this disco princess and she has been predicted as one to watch out for in 2009 by almost every music publication around.
Real name Victoria Hesketh, she was once part of indie electro trio, Dead Disco but left the group to pursue other projects.
Mixing traditional with the experimental, Little Boots creates a shiny disco pop sound and has produced stand out, synth induced tracks such as 'Meddle' and 'Stuck On Repeat.'

Previously gaining momentum as Fear of Flying, this trio of 19/20 year old west Londoners have just released their debut album 'To Lose My Life,' on Fiction Records, under new band name White Lies.
White Lies have a particularly dark edge to their sound which has caused them to be compared to the likes of Joy Division and Echo and the Bunnymen.
The band are already so popular that they will be taking part in the 2009 Shockwaves NME Awards against the likes of Florence and the Machine and Glasvegas.

Paramore have some competition coming their way in the form of female lead pop rockers, Hey Monday.
Front woman Cassadee Pope has all the feistiness and energy needed to survive in a male dominated group. Her vocals are full of angst and emotion with a bubblegum pop tinge.
The band have been signed to Decaydence records and look set to take over the rock scene in the coming year. Their debut album 'Hold On Tight' is available now.
