Despite pop rockers Paramore, there aren't really many successful female fronted bands in the music scene, but Working Class Heroes are set to change that and are bound to make quite a splash when they self release their debut EP 'Shout Small Talk,' in June 2008. The female fronted band have already toured with the likes of The View and The Blackout and they are currently in talks with labels regarding a signing!

Their debut EP is a self released, four track explosion of catchy lyrics and bouncy pop melodies which is a breath of fresh air in a world where current pop songs are pretty boring and predictable.
Opening track 'Do You Know,' is extremely catchy and is bound to put anyone in a good mood and get them bouncing around to their summery choruses. The vocals of lead singer Kattie gives the song a classy edge over any other current pop tunes. This track is bound to be a big hit for the group.

'Cardboard City,' is a short and sweet track that deffinately packs a punch with it's lyrical subject. Although it is a common subject to sing/talk about, the listeners will sit up and listen because of the tracks harder pop rock sound.
Towards the end of the EP, the sound moves away from being 'pop' to being more 'rockier'. Listening to closing track 'Just Drive,' you can hear the fast pace and the urgency within it that is accompanied by powerful backing instruments and the occasional pop favourite chant of 'wo oh!'

Accompanying the EP release will be a bunch of live shows and then a proper tour in late 2008. With this I predict Working Class Heroes are going to make waves in the music scene and will certainly give the likes of Paramore, a run for their money.
